Munro & Fox

CONTRACT:  July 2025 – Ongoing

CHANNEL:  LinkedIn

CLIENT OVERVIEW:  An Elite Growth Agency for the fit-out and refurbishment industry.

THE CHALLENGE:  The brief was social media that really spoke to their ideal client. The visuals needed to be impactful and on-brand, and posted consistently.

THE STRATEGY:  I created a content plan, mixing a variety of posts covering what their clients struggle with, who Munro & Fox are, what makes them different, and positioning them as a leader in their field. I ensure consistent posts and produced a set of post templates in Canva for the client.

RESULTS:  The first 6-weeks saw a huge increase.

  • Content impressions – 228% increase
  • Profile visitors – 47% increase
  • Followers – 114% increase

Lakeland Paints

CONTRACT:  June – August 2025

CHANNEL:  Instagram & Facebook

CLIENT OVERVIEW:  The UK’s leading pioneer of eco-friendly paint. 

THE CHALLENGE:  To increase brand awareness and get more people talking about their paint.  The main focus is to be recognised as a key player in the industry.

THE STRATEGY:  I worked with them on a 2-month contract, to create a strategy and tailored content plan that focused on their many USP’s. I established a regular posting pattern, refreshed the visuals to show their newly rebranded logo and aligned the content with their ideal client.

I provided all the tools for a hugely successful social media presence.

RESULTS:  Within the 2-month contract a massive increase was achieved.

  • Content views – 780% increase
  • Content interactions – 207% increase
  • Reach – 299% increase

CLIENT FEEDBACK:  They were pleased with the rate of growth and were looking forward to creating similar content to keep momentum going.

Torridon

CONTRACT:  Aug 2024 – Jan 2025

CLIENT OVERVIEW:  A construction Quantity Surveyor and client of Munro & Fox.

THE CHALLENGE:  Via Munro & Fox, I was tasked with providing a consistent, on-brand mix of posts showcasing their client, what they do and the problems they alleviate.

THE STRATEGY:  I engaged with the client regularly for content and paired this with a consistent posting schedule.

RESULTS:  Follower count increased by just under 40% during the contract

The Christmas Decorators

CONTRACT:  Jun 2023 – Dec 2024

CHANNEL:  Facebook & Instagram

CLIENT OVERVIEW:  A local Christmas decorating franchise and sister company to Western Marquees

THE CHALLENGE:  The client required a consistent social media presence to keep their audience engaged throughout the year, and for organic profile growth.

THE STRATEGY:  Along with creating an annual plan and posting consistent content, I initiated other campaigns such as as a competition and press release to local publications.

RESULTS:  Follower count increased by just over 25% across plaforms.

CLIENT FEEDBACK:  They were very happy with the content and graphics, alongside the other work that my day-to-day role entailed. 

Western Marquees

CONTRACT:  Jun 2023 – Dec 2024

CHANNEL:  Facebook & Instagram

CLIENT OVERVIEW:  A luxury marquee hire business and sister company to The Christmas Decorators.

THE CHALLENGE:  The client required a more consistent social media presence to keep attract more clients, and for organic profile growth.

THE STRATEGY:  Along with a consistent posting schedule, I also built the client a new website as the user experience wasn’t smooth or intuitive, and was in desperate need of a refresh and redesign.

RESULTS:  Follower count increased by just over 35% across platforms.

CLIENT FEEDBACK:  I did a great deal of other adhoc work during my time there and overall they were exceptionally pleased. I still carry out the monthly maintenance on their website along with any adhoc updates as required.
